Overview
This design is a set of two molds. That way, with each firing, the artist can make twelve Diamond Glasslinks™, enough Glasslinks to complete a necklace. Each on of the cavities holds 3 grams of either fine or powdered frit. Fire these cool to only about 1335-1350ËšF (725-730ºC). Hold for 25 to 30 minutes and then anneal. For full instructions, see Glasslinks Basics in the Learn section of this website. The completed links can be connected using metal links from JP Glassworks or classic jewelry techniques such as connecting the links including large, oval jump rings or jump rings paired with double-looped eye pins. Each of the two molds is 5-3/4" by 3-5/8".
