Overview
Open Hands is a classic design with a modern twist. Start by filling the design with your favorite frit color or color mixture. Fire it. Next, slump the casting in a shallow bowl slumper. (Our 7-10” Bowl Slumper does a great job.) The final piece is perfect for your mantel, dresser, or bath; or as a gift for a friend.
Finished Open Hands pieces are 5.5” (15cm) long. The mold itself is 8.5 x 7.5 x 1.5 inches (21 x 19 x 4 cm). The fill weight is 250 to 275 grams. Best result are had using ZYP BN Aerosol.
