Overview
This mold makes three realistic sea shells each about 2.5” long. The finished shells look great by themselves, but even better when used in combination with our other sea life-inspired mold. For example, our Sea Horse and Starfish, Beach Shells-Small, Tropical Fish, Conch, and Starfish. The fill weights are conch, 18 grams; spiral whelk, 10 grams; and scallop, 32 grams. The mold measures 7.5” x 4.75” x 1.25”. We suggest a cooler than usual firing temperature of about 1290-1310ºF (700-710ºC) for COE 96 and 25ºF (10ºC) hotter for COE 90.
